A variation in the scope of the published Scheduling and Dispatch 2022-23 Terms of Reference (ToR) was agreed upon in consultation with the Regulatory Authorities. For the 2023 audit period, the auditor concluded that the Cross Zonal Actions (CZA) scope was not suitable for inclusion in the Independent Assurance Report on compliance with specified elements of the Scheduling and Dispatch process for the 12 months ending 31 December 2023. However, it was agreed with the RAs that the TSOs would publish a dedicated Cross Zonal Actions Agreed-Upon Procedures report alongside the main Scheduling and Dispatch assurance report.
