​The SEM Committee consulted on the Phased Implementation Roadmap (PIR) for System Services Future Arrangements, during 2023, and on the 8th December 2023 published its decision. The TSOs have created this Information Paper in line with the Future Arrangements for System Services (FASS) PIR to provide detail on the current System Service volume requirements and provide context for the FASS Programme.

The Annual Innovation Report documents the progress on innovative programmes throughout 2023, as well as our ambition for future developments of programmes and new initiatives to begin. This updated report is inclusive of the response to consultation.
